There is no fixed time frame. A coaching session typically lasts between 60 and 90 minutes to allow time for meaningful exploration. There is no set length of time we’ll work with you for as long as it takes to unlock what’s holding you back – no longer, and no less.

Our experience has taught us that it’s one thing to understand models (you could find many right now if inclined to). However, the life-changing impact of any model is the context it is applied in, the timing of that application, and the self-catalysing momentum with which you use it.
So we use models purposefully and respectfully, always. And if there isn’t a model we think that fits your situation, we’ll design one, live. It’s where our most impactful changes often begin.
We leverage a combination of Individual, Team and Organisational metrics to be able to see the impact of Behavioural Change. Our expertise in this area means we are also completely comfortable with leveraging your internal behavioural assessment tools to capture the invaluable insights behavioural change brings to you and your organisation.
Yes. We spend time getting to know each client - your motivations, frustrations and aspirations. Every coaching relationship is unique and built around what you need most.
All Ispire associates carry at least a degree or equivalent level qualification in Behavioural Change or Coaching. We all undertake CPD as part of our ongoing personal development, with Supervision inside and outside of Ispire being a fundamental reflection and sensemaking tool. We also just talk, because we love enabling change and transformation for better, and what it takes to make that a reality for our clients.
There’s no doubt AI plays a critical role in organisational performance - you may well be exploring and integrating AI into your business as you read this. As an organisation dedicated to maximising human performance, we see AI as a learned partner who supports our thinking processes. Supports but never replaces. We may give AI a high level scenario to prompt our thinking. We may ask it summarise larger volumes of behavioural insights without judgment. We do not use it to respond to you.
We believe human performance requires human interaction in order to be fully realised. Research is already showing AI is great at cognition and playback, and can not handle causality, especially in the real-time moments that humans can shift and pivot. Humans are still #1 at this, so when you speak with us, you hear from us. When we inspire and challenge you, you know it comes from a truly authentic, genuine and human place.
Do not be mistaken, we see the value and potential in AI and we are highly attentive to the opportunities it can bring to society. And we’re also deeply aware of our capabilities to hold all as possible or limiting and support you in navigating through those moments successfully. That’s why we look at the intent and impact of AI in action - Where is it helping? Where is it hindering? How is it being embraced and what evolves as a result?
