10 weeks of diagnostics, bespoke design, delivery and sustainability review including:
30 minute diagnostic 1:1s with team members
Agreeing the high level design of your HPIT workshop, finessed to the needs of your team and the outcomes you desire.
During the Workshop:
Workshop Duration - 3-5 days (depending on the travel needs of the team)
Delivery: In person anywhere in the world, virtually or hybrid
After the Workshop:
Follow up to consolidate learning, re-emphasise agreed principles and identify a 3-month action plan of sustained intentions to drive better outcomes.
